Director: Brad Robinson
Brad Robinson is a proud Dunghutti and Wiradjuri man, raised on Darkinjung Country (Central Coast, NSW). He founded Koori Constructions to build a 100% Koori-owned construction company that delivers world-class results for homeowners, businesses, and government across NSW.
Brad holds an unrestricted NSW Builder Licence (477499C) and is a HIA member (1375563). With deep roots in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter regions, Brad and his team deliver new builds, renovations, extensions, insurance claims, maintenance, and aged care + disability home modifications for residential clients — plus schools, health centres, Defence facilities, justice, and community projects as a trusted sub-contractor to tier-1 head contractors and government buyers across NSW.
Brad came up through the tools — a carpenter by trade who has spent his working life on job sites across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter. That background shapes how Koori Constructions runs today: Brad personally scopes and quotes every job, is hands-on across every build, and stays the single point of contact from the first site visit to handover. No call centres, no account managers — you deal with the builder.
That approach shows up in the work. Clients consistently call out the same things in their reviews: punctual crews, clear communication at every step, and a finished product that exceeds what they pictured. The same local plumbers, electricians, tilers and concreters back Brad on every job — crews he trusts because they've proven it, project after project.
On the commercial side, that reliability has earned repeat engagements with tier-1 head contractors and government buyers — Defence housing, health clinics, justice facilities and community projects — where the standards are strict and the deadlines don't move.
