Do I need council approval for an extension?
Most need a CDC or DA; very small additions may be exempt. We assess and advise.
Can I live in my home during the extension?
Yes, in most cases — we section off the work area and keep your kitchen and bathrooms accessible.
How long does an extension take?
Single-room: 8–12 weeks. Multi-room or second storey: 12–20 weeks, plus 4–12 weeks approval.
Will the extension match my existing home?
Yes — we match bricks, boards, tiles and colours, and show you samples if exact materials are discontinued.
What if I want to change the design mid-build?
Minor changes are usually fine; structural changes need a written variation quote first.
Do you handle asbestos if found during demolition?
Yes — licensed removalist, SafeWork NSW notification, clearance certificate. Cost added as a variation.
