The problem
A sunroom with non-compliant floor joists, a dividing wall splitting kitchen from living, and a deck whose bearers, joists and piers all needed replacing.
What we did
- New joists, LVL bearers and insulated floor
- Dividing wall removed on a double LVL beam
- Two skylights and three glass doors across an 8.8 m wall
- Earthwool, plasterboard and square-set finish
- New deck: H4 posts, Scyon floor, flyover roof, stairs and glass balustrade

One open kitchen and living space flowing out to a new covered deck.
