What we did
- Scaffold around the whole house; stripped back to the frame and reframed
- New wrap, insulation and battens
- New windows and two bi-fold doors
- Stratco vertical cladding, James Hardie Scyon Matrix and timber on the lower front
- Balcony rebuilt in Scyon Secura, waterproofed and tiled
- Stratco Outback and Cooldek pergolas; Colorbond and ironbark-slat fence and gate
